Horrible customer service. I’d say it was just a bad day, but I’ve tried coming in 3-4 different times over the past few years while looking at vehicle and have always had horrible customer service. Never again. I use Bill white Volkswagon now, but if I decide to go back to a Ford- I’ll drive to Fayetteville or Tulsa to a Ford dealer before giving my money here.
I was in from out of town and had my tire light come on. Not only was one low, but two of the others were overinflated. I was adjusted and on my way in a good amount of time for a Saturday morning. I’m glad to know they’re available, knowledgeable, and helpful!
The salesman and finance department were both friendly and very efficient.
My car buying experience with Randall Ford was absolutely amazing!! Bradford Randall and Ray Moore did an outstanding job finding me the perfect car within my price range. The entire process took about 2 weeks max. I could not be any more blessed with their time and service. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel at home. I highly recommend Randall Ford and will always be a valuable customer!
