Josh in the service department is excellent - great customer service and attention to detail. However to get an oil change too way longer than expected!

Had an appt for an oil change. Have the extended, super dooper maintenance package when I bought my 2014 Escape. Took 3 hours!! Then the parking light I told them it wasn't working and they said it was a wiring problem and said it wasn't covered. Last time we buy a Ford there. We were repeat customers.
Came from out of state just to buy a car here. My salesman Scott Russell was very knowledgeable about my new Ford and got us approved when no one else could! Would definitely recommend this dealership, ask for Scott Russell, you won’t be disappointed!
