My oil change & tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours, would of been longer if I hadn’t spotted my car sitting there ready to go. They were nice and sent a driver to pick up my wife that I had dropped off to do some shopping. I didn’t like the sales pitch about all their service products, I just wanted my car serviced. After 4 long and frustrating hours at another dealership Billy Hines swooped in and saved the day! He was up front honest and very helpful in getting us into a car that we actually wanted with amazing payments. if you are looking for a good car with honest and fair people go see Billy Hines he will set you up! we will definitely be returning customers!
Was just strolling through the parking lot when I was met by Scott Russell. He’s very knowledgeable, polite and very energetic. He will definitely earn my business when I decide to jump into something a littler newer. I recommend Scott if you’re looking for a newer rig.
I been shopping online for a truck for a little while but without any luck and really any questions answered.So after making the decision to go see the guys at Randall Ford and speaking to Scott Russell who was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had for him. I will never return to randall ford and will absolutely never purchase a vehicle from them. Instead of taking my information to check my credit score I was told that I couldn't afford the vehicle I was looking at and that I needed to look at older models with more miles. You're sales associates are judgemental idiots. What company that has a serious buyer doesn't even check their credit score? Terrible customer service.
