RecommendedThey were able to customer services has found ways to improve on each return. They do what they can to work with me being a college student. I would encourage more of my peers to recommend giving Ford a chance more often.

they didn't tell me the truth when we traded first it was the xtra key is in the office that was locked then it would b mailed then I could come pick it up then there is no key if I want one hafta pay xtra and having to wait 6to8 weeks more for paper work it's been 4 weeks now still haven't heard from financial lender try calling m put on hold for 30 min the told due high volume of calls will hafta try sum other time it just been one thing after another

Took my 2019 Ranger in for recall work and the folks were most helpful. Everything went really smoothly and I highly recommend the Randall service department.
We had an engine light come on while out of town. It was late on a Friday afternoon. While not making any promises initially, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem promptly, and then made a phone call to figure out our extended warranty to limit what we had to pay out of pocket. We would definitely recommend them.
They took the time in pouring down rain to help find the perfect car the sales team went far and beyond the call of duty to serve us stayed over after closing hours our salesman was awesome here would definitely tell people to come to ya
