I was there today Saturday October 10th 1:15 pm. Asked a Couple of gentlemen in golf cart for a 5.0 stick shift and they totally overlooked me. Had the title to my Highlander on hand and $2000 cash. Ready to buy. However, when I asked for what I wanted the younger one just laughed. Am all about customer service and I got turned around in a second.

Over 3 weeks ago, my husband ordered a new windshield for my vehicle. Rodney told him to check back with them on August 3rd. So he called on that date and was told that it had not came in yet and they weren’t sure when it would arrive due to shipping delays from the manufacturer, but to continue to check back with them. So he called today and was told (once again by Rodney) that there was no windshield ordered and that he did not recall two previous conversations with my husband. If you need service go somewhere else. Extremely exorbitant labor fees of $129/hr. Sure they'll say thats industry standard which is insane. I'm a hardcore diy guy but unfortunately I had to use them. My key fob/security system quit working. I dealt with it for 6mos but with a long road trip coming up I wanted it fixed. Was told it is bad RTM (radio transmission module) which made sense....RTM $65. They couldn't get the part before my trip so I scheduled it when I returned.
