Made an appointment on December 5th. Soonest opening was December 18th at 1pm. They were to run a diagnostic on my truck. I arrived on time. I left around 3:30 & my truck had never been looked at. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received at an auto dealership. Will be driving to Sallisaw Okla to their Ford dealership. Twice the drive, but at least they appreciate my business.

Customer service was horrible. Had an appointment to have my vehicle checked under warranty and dropped it off at 1030 & heard nothing all day. When I got off work I called & found out they had not touched my vehicle so I left it there and drove my daughters car. I called the next day multiple times and was finally able to get my vehicle back around 3. No communication initiated by them and when I got my vehicle back it was covered in bird poop all over the panoramic sunroof. Cost $17 to get it clean. Just a horrible experie... read more
