Dr. Troop was highly recommended by other patients to me. He has so much experience that he knows exactly what is wrong by watching the way you move and can pinpoint the problem quickly. Surgery went very well. Again, he's done meniscus repair hundreds of times. He did a perfect job of the surgery. He listens and fully explains the options. I'm really happy he is my doctor! Been with Dr. Troop for 2 years to alleviate my old man shoulders issues. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Troop and his staff. In the future when shots no longer work for me, I'll trust him to surgically replace these for me. Highly doubt there is a friendlier or more knowledgeable Dr. in the Dallas area than Dr. Troop and his staff.
My experience with Dr. Troop was great! He saw me for shoulder issues and was fantastic regarding initial care and diagnosis to ultimately surgery, and post surgical follow up care. I had rotator cuff repair with labrum and bicep tenodesis. I am almost 6 months post op and have been released from care continuing with my physical therapy for strengthening. Dr. Troop and everyone on his team were great to deal with and I highly recommend them and am thankful that I can now get back to life!
