Dr. Troop is professional and caring. Top-notch care from my initial consultation to my final post-op appointment. He has repaired my knee (meniscus) and my shoulder (rotator cuff) and I am grateful for him!

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for Dr Troop and his staff Jamie and the others. Everyone I interacted with at his facility provided a white glove experience. This Dr and the PA and everyone in between was amazing.
As always, I can count on Dr. Troop to be able to accurately diagnose my issue, which was a hard fall on my knee. Everyone at Plano Orthopedic are very professional and warm. In my case. Troop was aggressive in getting my infection & swelling under control thru meds. Furthermore, if you are needing knee surgery, like a meniscus tear, there's nobody better in this field than Troop, plus he truly cares about you and your well-being.
Thoughtful consult, skilled, efficient office and surgical support staff, and superb PA.Repaired rotator cuff, and biceps tendon/labrum. NO pain post-op.
An all-around bad experience with my knee surgery. Appointments were always late, most lasted 5 minutes, and he was never prepared. My knee still hurts over 2 years later.
This is my second time to see Dr. Troop for treatment. He is a world class surgeon. Treated first for should and now we are on to a knee repair.
