An awesome caring team from front office to his PA Jamie, and MA’s. Dr Troop is very thoughtful and thorough in his approach and explanations for treatment. He restored my shoulder following a traumatic injury and insured that I received the rehabilitation care that it needed for recovery. I recently had to return after a new injury and I am receiving the same excellent and compassionate care. Highly recommend Dr Troop and his team and all of POSMC.
Dr Troop guided my diagnosis and treatment of shoulder pain. He understands and respects my desire to return to sports. He presented treatment options, allowing me to make final decision. Initially, I modified my activities but when pain began to interfere with daily living, decided to have surgery. Surgery day went smoothly. The checkin process was smooth and quick & I love the electronic forms. Wait time was short and the entire clinic team was courteous and respectful of my time. Dr. Troop laid out a clear and concise, easy to understand treatment plan and left adequate time for my questions.
Dr. tripped in my right shoulder surgery a year and a half ago and just did surgery on my left shoulder. I am a very satisfied customer!

Dr. Troop and his team were remarkable at getting my shoulder healed with surgery with no pain. I had a rotor cuff tear in which Dr. Troop repaired. From the point of it being diagnosed, surgery, and rehab, I am now back to full motion in my shoulder leading a normal life. This was the second surgery I had with Dr. Troop (the other was my knee). I can't say enough of how pleased I am with his skills as a surgeon and his professionalism.
He was a referral and made me feel comfortable about my upcoming knee surgery.
