The staff are decent.. the quality of the product is excellent and reasonable price for the Palm Springs area and i make it a priority to get my car washed there every time i come to PS!!!! Car Washes in the imperial valley could learn a thing or two from this team !!!!! . If there is a negative... I get concerned with my vehicle going through wash equipment that looks neglected. The cloth material on the first side washers are completely warn down.. They can't afford replacement material?

Close, convenient, friendly staff and do a great job cleaning the desert dirt and muck off my cars!! I always feel happier and lighter after the Pink Elephant washes my car!!
Best attention to detail game in town. Pricier than some, better than others but worth it either way.

They wash your car with only water.....they turn off the soap & when i brought it to their attention they put it in again turned on the soap but turned it off again after mine got washed......sneaky!!!!
