Your receptionist erikka is one of the most unproffesional people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I have been in business all my life and have learned if you are treated bad by the lowest on the totem pole never trust the ones over them and these are people you trust with your life! This is not even about a rude receptionist this is about doctor charles fraley that doesnt care and allows his patients go without needed medication because he doesnt have time I thought there was some sort of oath
Dr Fraley is the BEST! Staff are always helpful. I entrust my families' lives to them!
