The entire staff at the Murrieta Hot Springs office is top notch!
I love the nurses, but their overall staff is incredibly unresponsive. I've had to request refills multiple time to get any response, IF I get any response at all (which I still haven't, two months and three requests later — still unopened, btw). Their physician staff is all friendly and usually responsive in person, but I shouldn't have to visit to get a refill for something I can get prescribed at a CVS. I've met several of the doctors and they are passionate about what they do and how they care for their patients.
My Primary Care -- excellent!
Their urgent care was awesome! They were respectful, attentive and were able to help me with what I needed.
