RecommendedI absolutely would recommend Rancho Family Medical Group. Dr. Walter Combs has helped me and my family through many hard times and are so grateful for the care and service he has given us over the last 13 years.
Doctors are nice, but office staff is actually the worst. They don't do their job, and if you try to call them on it they will claim that they don't accept your insurance anymore to kick you out. Worst doctor's office I've ever encountered. If I had my way, I would fire every single person in the office staff.
Tried to get help to be a new patient. Terrible customer service. Will find another place.
What i think is they've grown so large,l they cannot handle the clients they've had for thirty years. I've tried twice now to get in only to be told you can see the Doctor in six weeks.. go to Urgent Care. REALLY! oh i"ll just schedule to be sick in six weeks then. How poor is that customer service. Pathetic!
I just love Dr. Walter Combs and the Rancho Family Medical Group "family"!
Considering how big they are, they have a personal touch. The doctors seem to care sincerely. I usually see Dr. Pamela Simmons and she is an absolute blessing to the medical community. I'm not an easy patient but she still seems to care and prefer my health improves!!!!! :-)
Customer service is horrible. Every time I schedule an appointment, I have a new primary physician because the old one no longer works there.
