Totally unprofessional. The team spends more time hanging around the desk chatting about March Madness or where they are planning to go at the weekend while you are sat waiting for as much as 2 hours in the waiting room. The doctor leaves the office for the day while you are still waiting for him to see you. Do yourself a favor and find a Doctor that actually cares about their patients. If only they were as keen to provide treatment as they are to swipe your credit card.
Spent over an hour on hold to schedule an appointment and now waiting over an hour to be seen - while people that arrived after us have been called in.
They rescheduled my appt three times. I am currently in a waiting room and have been here for an hour and ten minutes. Simply terrible service. No respect for time.
The majority of the people are unprofessional. I have had doctors in several states and never had as many issues. It is near impossible to get an appointment with my doctor they constantly book me with nurses. You are receiving money from my insurance for A DOCTOR VISIT NOT A CONSULTATION WITH A NURSE. She can't prescripe the medicine I need and is unable to solve the issues I have. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of wait to get seen. My husband and I recently changed our primary care physician and are very satisfied with Dr. Camarillo and staff. We so enjoy the patient portal, excellent follow up and ease of appointments. Also, early hours available for appointments are a major plus with us, as we are early risers. The other main reason for our moving over to Rancho family medical center is their affiliation with Loma Linda Hospital.
