We bought our second brand new car in our lifetime this week. Both of our new vehicles came from Ramsey Mazda. We bought our 2010 Mazda 3 and our 2016 CX-5 from the same salesman too. Jeremy has treated us wonderfully both times we've gone to him. He doesn't play car-dealership games. It was easy and enjoyable. Can't wait to get the next one in 6 or 7 years. Thanks!!!
First time Mazda buyer! Salesman JJ was very professional and polite to my kiddos when we came in to purchase a vehicle. Very kind guy and got me in and out without a hitch and toured me the facility to come in for any issues. Definitely will recommend to others!
Just left car there told them problem was noticeable after the car was warm...there is good reason why they have a horrible reputation... They obviously didn't want to spend the time to replicate the issue. Because they just told the wife they couldn't hear it.

I just called in a bit earlier inquiring about a used car, but one of the sales person in used car sales section named JJ was very rude to me over the phone. When asked if the price was negotiable just started laughing at me. This is no way to treat a potential customer. Was so pleased to experience a great visit to both the service and sales departments yesterday. All the staff were pleasant and easy to work with.
After looking at a variety of different vehicles for a couple of months, and working with different dealerships, I met Jeremy Medeiros of Ramsey Mazda. Jeremy, is so much more than a salesperson. He genuinely takes the time to listen, and does everything he can to make the buying experience a pleasant one. I had the best experience with Ramsey. There was a few small issues with the car I bought that I didn't know were wrong and they offered to fix them for me, without me having to even ask. The buying process was great and Jim and Mary were so helpful! Thanks for all you do and keep up the wonderful customer service!
