Just leased a 2019 CX9. Rufad was amazing to work with. Very patient, helpful and never pressured. He would reach out via email to check in and truly seems to care about others. He was very informative, flexible and even great with my daughter during a test drive. He’s top tier service! Even when i needed to get something looked at he had another car waiting for me no problem, kept me informed and notified me when done. When i went back my car was waiting for me and even kindly offered a car wash which is always nice to get.
Rufad Medinoski was wonderful to work with when we purchased our new Mazda GT CX-5. He took a lot of time going over the many tech features of our new car. Highly recommend working with him!
