RecommendedRufad was great to work with! I waited almost a month for a 2019 Mazda Cx-5 and Rufad kept in touch with any questions I had. I caved and went for the 2020 and he was there to help with any questions and made the buying process easy for us! We never felt pressured and everything was up front. wow! I am so impressed by Mazda. It’s hard to find car dealers anymore that are not pushy and are down to earth. Mark showed me different cars and was extremely professional, courteous, and just down to earth. He wasn’t pushy at all and even though I didn’t lease with Mazda I’ll be coming back in the future.
Never buying from the used car side. Worst customer service experience of my life. My sales person kept messing things up (putting the wrong plates on my car and losing my registration for my new plates I had to get) and could never give me a straight answer because so many things went wrong. On top of not helping she left an extremely passive aggressive voicemail. The title and licensing lady was great help and got me my correct registration for my new plates in 4 hours versus what took the sales woman a week plus. Thank yo... read more
