I walked in about 12:20. There was no one around. No receptionist, no sales people, no one except another would be customer. After 4-5 minutes, I left along with the guy who had been there longer. I gave him directions to the Toyota dealership and Honda. I will never shop cars from a Ramsey dealership. That’s bad business staffing and management.
If you're wanting to go and purchase a Mazda, I would definitely recommend Rodney Elam! He was very nice, super helpful and very informative about the vehicle we we're purchasing, made our car buying experience very nice!�

I just purchased a Subaru Legacy at Ramsey Mazda Subaru and I am loving it. A big thank-you goes out to Jeremy for his guidance, his professionalism, and most of all his patience, over the course of three visits to the dealership, as I deliberated over which vehicle would be best for me. �
The service department “looked” at my car and told me the transmission control module was waking noise. Had they actually looked at my car they would have seen that my car has a manual transmission and does not have a transmission control module. So they are either really crooked or really dumb. Either way, avoid like the plague.
Cory W. in service department was exceptional in helping navigate problem with our Mazda 3. Having to travel almost 2 hours for warranty service. I thought would take most of the day, was out in about 2 hours ( fixed current problem & an open recall we had.) Great job Ramsey Mazda.
