I don't think there is a better salesperson to deal with than Jeremy. Just bought my 2nd car from him and my wife Allison has also bought one from him as well. Jeremy is top notch and makes purchasing a vehicle very easy and non stressful. Thanks again for the excellent buying experience!
Worked with Chris Donahue on buying my first Subaru Forester. He answered all of my questions and was patience with all the questions that my husband had also. Everyone that I meant and talked to at Ramsey was so helpful and very nice. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable the whole time I was there. Bought a 2017 Mazda CX-5 from Rufad and couldn't be happier! He was very polite to answer any questions I had about the vehicle and also didn't pressure me into buying on the spot like a lot of salesman.
Had to take my car in for a recall replacement. I had to bring my three year old and 15 month old along. I was armed with toys and snacks and McDonald's but didn't end up needing any of it. They had a special room with toys and a TV and DVDs. It made everything stress free and easy and when we left they gave my son a hot wheels car and my daughter a little doll!
Just leased my second Mazda 3 from Tracy. Excellent dealership, no pressure, just great service.
Can't say enough about how well run this dealership is. We've bought our last three cars from them, and plan on buying out next one from there as well. We worked with Chris Donahue on our most recent purchase, and while I've yet to meet someone at Ramsey I wouldn't recommend, Chris is an outstanding sales person. He listened and helped me get the deal we wanted.
Great experience at Ramsey Mazda and loving my new CX5! It reminds me of driving sports cars that I had in my younger days but has room for my dogs and all my "Stuff" Highly recommend Mazda, Ramsey and salesperson Chris Donahue. A+ all around!
