We just traded our Subaru Forester in for a new Mazda CX 5 with the assistance of Rufad and very much enjoyed working with him. We got a fair value for our trade and were happy with the entire experience. We have loved our Foresters but wanted to try a different driving experience,and we very much like our CX 5 so far. This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Ramsey including a 626,a 6,2 Foresters, and now the CX 5 and we have always been very pleased with the vehicles and the Dealership.

Upgraded from a CX-3 to a CX-5 this past week. Just needed more room. Both vehicles were and are exceptional with regards to comfortable driving and great gas mileage. Tracy Plumb has assisted myself, husband and son with our Mazda purchases for over seven years. Excellent to work with to make sure we are happy with our vehicles. Ramsey Service is a huge reason I continue driving Mazda's. Can't be beat on customer service. Mazda owner for over 25 years.
Have had 2 weeks of run around by this place. We've been nice, we've been proactive and we even didn't raise our voices when they refused to give us a loaner on over a weeks-long body repair. I called one week ago and was promised that we'd have our car back midweek... we call every day to get a status. Today, more excuses piled on as to why they need it another week (that will make THREE WEEKS FOR A FENDER BENDER). I will never do business here again.
