Dr. Calis and his assistant were amazing. They explain everything and are very comforting. Their professionalism made my visit much less stressful
Dr. Calis is such a wonderful doctor over a long period of time! Both my son and I have had several issues to be assessed and treated, which he did expertly so! He was a very good listener to both of us (and my son is a teenager) and established a great rapport to build our trust. He always gave us the most info that he could, then during the treatment/procedure, was very concerned about our level of pain/discomfort. Dr. Calis went way above and beyond the call of duty with both my son and I!
He was very friendly and very thorough in his evaluation. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain all of my treatment options.
Dr. Calis was able to see me less than 24 hours after I called to make an appointment, which was amazing. He made immediate improvements to my existing orthotic insert and treated my foot immediately. I will definitely go back to him and not my previous podiatrist.
I went to see him to have a ingrown toenail removed. He started the procedure and was in and out of the room constantly. I started bleeding and the blood was dripping on the floor. When he finally came back and saw it was bleeding, he stuck a towel over it, but it continued to drip on the floor. At one point, I started to ask him something, but he left again before I could finish asking my question. I left the office in pain with my toe bleeding. I think something went wrong. I'll never go back.
Great bedside manner! Kind and caring! He listened to everything I had to say. Focus was on helping me be pain free and gave several options! Had a shot and not painful! I was impressed! My husband liked how Dr. Calis explained all the options and what I could expect in the future! I recommend this doctor with no hesitation! Professional and knowledgeable!
I had an ingrown toenail with an infection and severe pain and went to see Dr. Rami Calis at the Emory Orthopedics. He did a thorough examination, explained very well my options and performed a surgical procedure. He told me that by the next day I was going to be fine and I was. I highly recommend him without any reservation.
My visit was wonderful. Dr. Calis and Matt took great care of me. No waiting. They treated me like a VIP. Highly recommend Dr. Calis to anyone with a foot/ankle problem. Great customer service from start to finish.
I have seen Dr. Calis several times during the past few years. In my opinion, he is the consummate professional: knowledgeable, friendly, concerned, listens carefully and makes it a point to educate his patients on their condition and how to prevent/minimize reoccurrence. I recommend him highly. I found the office to be well managed and staff were easy to engage.
