Raman jewellers sold me 22k gold at the rate of 24k. However, upon raising my concerns, I was informed that this was the standard procedure. When I requested an invoice, the company initially attempted to deny my request by claiming that payment was made in cash only. However, I clarified that payment was made in cash and via card.
