Customer Service is a HUGE selling point for me, and after having to deal with the a-hole working the window at 12:25 a.m. this morning, I won't be back. It may not be a huge deal, but the fact that he said he could not do something that was sooooooo simple just because he was lazy and didn't want to do it reflected poorly on this company. It's a good thing people can't screw up the taste of the food too badly or I'd feel like a liar for giving this place 1 star. I walked in and there wasn't a single table clean; trash cans were overflowing and food and trash were all over the floor. The bathrooms weren't being cleaned as they should be, either, although that wasn't a surprise considering the state of the rest of the place. Everyone that's working RIGHT NOW needs fired.

Well, I just went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. Got back to the house and took one bite into my food, and guess what the chicken is raw. I proceeded to call the store and let them know what I had just found. And the manager was argumentive with saying he doesn't serve raw food. Then I asked him not to argue with me and I would bring the raw chicken up to him. And to my surprise I was hung up on. I tried to call back several times but no answer.. So now I'm on here..
