They can’t seem to get all the food you order in your bags in drive thru. I go back through and they argue with me on what I ordered. It’s sad when I have to explain step by step of what I ordered and what coupons I handed to the cashier! Missed two fries and a sandwich this time and proceeded to get the manager to debate. VERY slow service. People are NOT friendly. Over 15 minutes just for some fries and chicken bites. Should have went next door. This location has not improved at all since it was reopened.

I don't recommend ever going there. Most of the time they don't even have food to sell. Twice in a row I've been there and they've had like 2 items to choose from bc they're out of everything else. No fries, shakes, burgers, lettuce, bread, etc. Wtf am I even supposed to order? A hot dog with no bun? 3 visits ago it was closed down with a board of health notice on the window. Just do everybody a favor and keep it closed down

Warning don’t eat at Rally’s on High School and Kentucky!! My friend and I went a little after midnight to get two $2 chicken bite box. When we got home we were eating and Kristen finished hers before I did. When I was finishing my food I saw roach or some type of bug in my food. I was terrified and discussed. When then went back to talk to a manager and he told us girls “We don’t have roaches here” and then wouldn’t give us our full money back. I have been saying something to the management of this location since I moved here 4 years ago. The american flags at the top of the building are torn and tattered and should be replaced. This is a disgrace especially for an "American" company!!
