I had a problem with the garage door not opening & closing properly- called @ 10 am & Alan came @ 4- Very knowledgeable & efficient - installed new opener since it was 22 years old- Wish every one who is In the service industry was this nice & helpful- having Alan come back tomorrow to look at another garage door problem on a different building- extremely pleased! Alan was my tech today. He was very kind and helpful. He worked very fast as well.
Loved that they were able to work me on the next day and that being on a Weekend was great! My technician was on time and even called prior to be there. He was able to fix what we wanted. It was a little more than we expected to pay but it was done quickly. Would recommend them to others.
Looked at the problem and gave me several alternatives to consider. The tech was very professional and did not try to force me into making a decision on the spot.
The service center was very professional and Mike and his collegue were very quick and efficient and went out of their way to explain what they were doing and why. While no one likes the expense of repair, I thought they were fair in their pricing and I'd definitely recommend them
Josh arrived when he promised, and analyzed the problem, which was a broken spring. We discussed the price and he went to work. I am very pleased with Josh and the company. I will call them again, hopefully not too soon.
Technician was here exactly when promised on a bad weather day. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Fixed my immediate problem and made several other adjustments. Works like new even though it is 20 years old. Thank you!
Even with all the icy roads, the technician, Alan, was right on time. He diagnosed the issue promptly and was able to replace the no longer working motor right away. I will definitely use them again.
The service was great. My call was answered quickly, and I got same day appointment. The technician was well experienced with great efficiency and finished the job less than 30 mins.
