Drew was great. He was very professional and had my garage door back in working condition very quickly.
Listen to the customer's issue and offer to help vs. blame the customer. Had used Overhead Door in the past and made a mistake by not using them again. Very disappointed.
Never use this company as they are a bunch of crooks. Drew came to my house and supposedly fixed my garage door. When he left the door would not open. I contacted them right after he left and they assured me someone would be in touch. Three days later and no follow up or call back. I had to have someone else come out and repair the door. The door opened before he came, he was there to fix a bracket. He obviously sabotaged the door before he left. They would not refund my money. They offered to send someone back 5 days later.... read more
