My garage door wasn't working right (and sometimes wouldn't work at all). The technician replaced everything except for the door and side rails. I have no idea how the cost compared to elsewhere, but it works now, runs smoothly, and is up to current code.

This is a SCAM company. Beware. They will do their best to deceive and confuse you in order to overcharge for their services. A garage door spring repair should cost no more than $250, give or take. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They try to play themselves off as a "neighborhood" company, when in fact they are a national company with a large dispatch facility in Texas. I had a great experience with Garage Door Service installing my new Guardian door opener. My technician, Al, was courteous and knowledgable about the whole process while keeping me informed. The job was done right on time and with no mess left behind. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

I would never use nor recommend this company. I had them quote service to my garage door and the cost was over $1500, I called three other companies and the cost was $300. FYI, this company uses high pressure sales to try to seal the deal. I would never, ever recommend this company.
