Our garage door went off the tracks this morning. Because I had appointments with the DMVA, we weren't able to call the Garage Door Service of Raleigh until we arrived back home at about noon. We called GDS of Raleigh and Mike DiMauro arrived about an hour later. Mike is the consummate professional and he very efficiently repaired (he essentially installed a new garage door for us) our garage door. My wife and I are extremely grateful for having done business with GDS of Raleigh. Semper Fideles, Mike!!!!
My garage door had been making a loud banging noise when I opened it. It had been doing this for several months, not every time it opened but quite frequently. It was to the point where it would actually scare people that were walking by the house when I opened it. I finally decided to do something about it and called Garage Door Services. Personnel were very customer oriented and efficient.
My garage door with sagging and I needed an extra strut. Drew, the repair guy, arrived within the time window that he gave. The door needed more repairs than I anticipated but Drew worked with me to get a fair price. He completed the work quickly and my garage door hasn't worked this good in years. It is now very quiet.
