One of the springs broke on our double garage door, I called mid-morning, they gave me a 1-4 time ranged, called back to say it would be around 2. Drew was here by 2:30, replaced the spring and the rollers and was out by 3:30. He did a great job, was very nice, cleaned up the old parts. Was happy to provide specials shown on website. I am a very happy customer
The final technician that arrived was Mike and was completely thorough and helpful. Originally the door was undersprung which caused problems and I was disappointed. Mike came out and assured me when he finished his work personally it would be right. It was. Thanks Mike for the excellent service.
Had a great experience. Several months ago, I returned home from a week long road trip and found that our garage door isn't working, the spring had broken in half. I found Neighborhood Garage Door Service on Google, gave them a call and a few hours later, they were in my garage fixing the problem at 10pm. Their service provider didn't oversell me on things I didn't ask for and gave me exactly what I needed to fix the problem.
They fixed my garage door torsion spring, after 3days it got issues again, unable open or close, charged me again to fix it.
Next day service and technician was very nice and helpful!
On 11/19/16 we had a problem with our garage door getting off track. It was late and my husband called the make an appointment. The technician Josh came out 11/20/16 and had our garage fixed in no time. Thank You for such fast and great service.
Had a hard time getting the tech out to my house. Waited around a whole day and then had to reschedule for the next day. After several phone calls and waiting most of the next day, the tech made it out. He was friendly and quickly. I thought that the fix was a little pricy but I understand that is not the Tech's fault. I was satisfied with the work but not as satisfied with the price seeing as I wasted two days waiting for them.
One spring broke on our garage around 11:15 am on Monday. The garage door went up about a foot, then crashed to the ground. I didn't know what was wrong until my husband came home and saw it. He called the first company in the phone book yellow pages. So glad it was Neighborhood Garage Door Service of Raleigh!
