Although the tech showed up later than anticipated.....life happens.....I found Josh to be of both a professional manner and attitude. He was respectful of my children and dog. Made sure everything worked properly and that I knew how to properly operate things before leaving. Also cleaned up his trash and answered all my questions!! Very pleased
Thomas came yesterday for a tune up groupon I had to fix a loud sound. turned out my spring was broken and I had days before my cable snapped and the garage door fell on my cars. Thomas walked me through what needed to happen and then took care of it right then and there. As a single mom, I was grateful for him taking the time to talk me through the situation and then fix it. Thanks Thomas!!
Dakota was excellent. First I was working with limited time but he assured me he would arrive by 8:30a. He arrived on time, examine the damage and within 10 mi muted he was able to quote the cost and present options. He was awesome, cheering and most important, reassuring he could complete the work at the cost. Love this guy! And this company!
The technician, Mike, was excellent - polite, efficient, and personable. He was at our house less than an hour after we called and was able to fix our garage door (a commercial size one!) quickly. They accepted a discount coupon for the work. We were very satisfied and will definitely call them again if we have any garage door problems.

Needed a quick fix on my garage door opener chain. Mike was able to come out a couple hours later on schedule and put in a new rail and chain. He also lubed all the hinges and tracks. The job was done quickly. Thanks.
