Excellent. The tech showed-up on-time and got right to work. He answered all of my questions and completed the job quickly. They also had a lower price thsn a few other companies I called. This will be my garage door company going forward.

The technician assigned to help me called 3 hours prior to his arrival. When it turned out that he was going to be early, he called again. Had 2 broken springs on my garage door. Called on Monday evening and made an appointment for Tuesday evening. The company gave a 3 hour window of 5-8. Mike contacted me at 5 to let me know he would be at my home by 5:25pm. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. He quickly assessed the problem gave me a quote and I agreed to have it fixed.
