In a line of 150 people to get a pass just to pick up my unaccompanied minor. 150 people waiting for boarding passes, and TWO SOUTHWEST EMPLOYEES WORKING. WHO PLANNED THIS? OBVIOUSLY THEY KNOW THE FLIGHT SCHEDULE!!!!

Great airport. Lots of food options and fast security lines.
The only place that has a changing table for babies is in the family restroom of which there are 3 in the whole terminal. Today is the first time I’ve even found a family restroom open! In one ladies room there is a small counter that can be used but it is not intended to be s changing station and is not safe. The others have no place at all to change a baby. In this type of facility there should be at least one changing station in every restroom, women AND men. It takes up no space and is absolutely needed. There are hundre... read more
