Shorthanded staff and sitting on a hot and stuffy plane....waiting. Not cool after flying all day.
RDU is a hub for Southwest Airlines and so is San Jose, CA but there are no non-stop flights between them. Both are 2 hi-tech cities that would greatly benefit from this. Please consider adding that route and you'll easily be a 5 star airport! Thank you :)
