75° humid degrees.....nothing like being soaked in sweat from riding the Lot 4 bus to the terminal and NO AC on!
On average 45mins for luggage to come through. Has happened 4 consecutive times... update: luggage mid-tagged, they don’t know where it is!!
Cheryl with the American Airlines ticket counter absolutely made my day. I am flying out to Officer school, and someone along the line switched my reservation to my hometown. Cheryl fixed it in less than 10 minutes and sent me on my way, in a better flight! I’m more than excited and wanted to say thank you again. I really do appreciate it!
By far the rudest, non educated people I have ever met when it comes to knowing their job. I feel sorry for the people that have never flew or been to an airport before!
