Nice surroundings, I would most definitely use this airport again.
Traffic control attendant screamed and stood in front of the car while my brother was walking towards us. We were pulled over with nobody behind us, while the employee screamed that you can only stop when someone is getting into your car. My window was rolled down, and I said “you dont have to yell,” and he yelled back “fuck you bitch.” Meanwhile, my brother was walking towards the car and there were no cars behind us. There isn't any electric vehicle chargers.
Sitting in the airplane an hour after we landed to unload from international flight is BS. Poor management and direction. How long does it take to unload a plane?? Get new help. It starts at the top. This is insane. Tragically we have zero recourse. What will you do to make this right?? I’ve obviously got time to wait. No thanks to you.
Hi to All, RDU is a small airport. As I have had blessed to have flown into this airport for over 15 years, it is good to see the improvement that have been made. However, there are more enhancements that other airports offer passengers. Patrick
