The airport and restrooms are super clean! Gift shop service incredible! Fast food service HORRIBLE and slow!!
I am an NC native and service member and have flown into RDU multiple times. Yesterday was one of the worst days I've had; I'm completely distraught. AA and RDU have made it crystal clear they do not care about people's missing/probably stolen belongings. The officers have no sense of urgency or compassion and the airline staff rather joke and laugh together than care about the passenger. Very poor guest service! I called to ask what requirements were needed to take my nephew out of the country he said “well what do you think you need”. After rudely explaining what the requirements were he tried cutting me off by repeatedly saying “okay bye, okay bye”. Unexceptional! He didn’t even introduce himself probably knowing he would get a complaint because of his rude service.
Albert at American Airlines was completely rude and out of line to my 19 year old son heading out on deployment. We will not fly American again
