This is just unacceptable! Still sitting on the plane at the gate and we landed 35 mins ago. It’s after midnight and we are all tired. How can you not have enough staff? We landed at scheduled time They just apparently told the pilot another 10 mins. What?
Unacceptable that there is another aircraft in our gate parking location! Pilot said that no one will switch our gates or have this aircraft move. We were 30 minutes early and waited patiently, but they are still in our spot after we were supposed to have exited the aircraft on time. Unacceptable! Delta flight from Seattle arrive at 7:41pm. Still sitting on the tarmac at 7:52.
