First time flying out of RDU and so disappointed. First off, the lady at the bulk baggage drop off was extremely rude and snotty to not only me but the family in front of us for no apparent reason other than maybe she was having a bad day?.We requested wheelchair assistance for my father. A women picked him up and left the rest of us behind not even waiting as we were trying to catch up with an infant and toddler . when she dropped him off at the gate she stood there with her hands held open waiting for a tip. The best and cheapest flights in the world. On priceline they have $107 round trip direct flights from RDU to Vegas and with a priceline credit card new sign up they take $100 off. I got my ticket this week for $7. If you don't fly RDU then there's a good chance you will prob never go anywhere in your life. If RDU could get Parkers bbq to open a restaurant in the terminal people would prob buy tickets to just eat there.
RDU park and ride for Lot 3 is slow and only ru s about every 30 mins, ridiculous for the busiest lot they have off site. Run more buses!
