Frequent flyer out of RDU. Quick in and out and except holidays, not seen big lines, love it!!

Our son is military and had TSA precheck we did not. We were told that we would be moved to the front of the line to stay with him and we were not. TSA just told us to get in line. This took up precious time we had with him. When you only have an hour 15 minutes is a lot. The USO however was awesome.

What is going on with the RDU parking?! OMG! New equipment is confusing and instructions make no sense. Giant backups trying to get out of the garage as new and old system are not compatible. Did anyone test this system prior to installation? Has anyone been fired yet?! This must be fixed quickly! Not what I expect from a world class area.

Every time I arrive in the late evening hours, there is a problem getting someone to operate the jet bridge. Every time. Flight was not late. Amateur hour.

As I sit here on the tarmac waiting to do final taxi to the gate, I remember how many times previously I have been in this exact situation. These aren't 10 minute ordeals. Each time I'm sitting in a damn 90+ degree plane for a half hour plus while your ground crew is off doing who knows what (that's literally been the captains explanation). Come on. (Yes, I'm bitter)
