Another good pre-flight experience-courteous and friendly TSA personnel, clean, open airport, and GAs that make clear announcements.
This airport has turned into one of the worst. I fly on a very regular basis and each time I fly out of rdu it is increasingly horrid. This airport does not care about it's customer' safety, security or time. I have been forced on recent trips to park in the far parking lot because of full lots which I suspect are closed because of construction but of course there is zero communication about this.
