It's good customer care !!i landed in Raleigh and I was assisted by a kind old lady at the information center to assist in getting the right logistics and more information about the city!! Appreciate the supports
Attn parents with small children. TSA at this airport are the worst I have ever experienced. First, one of the agents tried to squeeze our child's car seat through the conveyor belt x-ray machine. Even though I told him it wouldn't fit and has never fit he said there was a first time for everything. He thought squeezing the sides would get it in there until my wife jumped on him for forcing it and compromising the integrity of the seat. Seriously. Every single time I land I raleigh. Stopped short of the gate. No one at the jetbridge. No one can operate the jet bridge. Baggage folks. Slow as molasses. I watch snails and slugs faster than this...... yup ....... always the exact same sad sob story!!!!!!! Terrible laziness..........seriously. Every single time!!!!!!!!! Horrible. Maybe one day raleigh will grow up and be a real city!!!!!! Lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
