Flew delta. I was on crutches. They provided me with a wheelchair got me thru tsa. I had a delay at my gate and the gate attendant wheeled me down to the A&W Root Beer Stand and auto experience very poor service at A&W the attendant was so very nice I didn't even catch her name but she was a doll and she took me to the bathroom to wash my hands I was so happy even with the delay of a flight. You never had to be in a wheelchair and have to depend on people before but this was the place to be handicapped
They left my unaccompanied minor at the gate 😡 I believe that's all I need to say.
Comfortable, clean, roomy and relaxing! Cleanest airport I have been in so far and I live in NYC! Good job RDU!
I always love traveling through RDU. The airport is always clean, and the staff is friendly! The USO is also phenomenal!
