Customer service was horrible, can't blame her as she was the only one working. Line was outrageous I had to get a gate pass to pick up my two minor daughters and it took forever
I was never supposed to fly here. My original flight from PHL to LHT was cancelled so I was directed via RDU. I found the terminal very welcoming, lots a choice of shops and food outlets. I was especially wxcited to find a grand piano and passed a lot of time between flights playing it.
Lovely airport- but signage for parking areas needs improvement.
