No issues with staff, TSA was friendly and pleasant, bathrooms on my return were horrible. The faucets and soap are motion activated, but were not functional, the trash was overflowing. I understand you may have been short staffed and unable to keep up but to allow restrooms in this condition to remain open is not a good choice either.
Amazing people especially #tsa! They are so friendly and kind. Thanks for keeping our airports safe while maintaining a professional kind demeanour.
It's a beautiful airport and my trip went smoothly. I just wish there was a Bojangles in the airport!
I NEVER try to fly in the winter. We moved from MA to NC to avoid the cold and all the snow. Had booked a trip to St. Lucia before we moved and was supposed to travel in Nov but with the move we figured we would put it off until we got settled and scheduled the trip for early Jan thinking "it never snows like MA in Raleigh." We had to connect in NYC which I figured there should be no problem getting out of RDU, NYC, now that will probably be the problem.
