Everything went smoothly. I arrived early, did self check in and off to the gates within 10 minutes of arriving inside the terminal after parking. My bag was targeted for checking but still done respectfully and carefully. I don't mind TSA agents taking all the time needed to ensure safety. The only problem is the high cost of parking.
We parked in a long term park, we were picked up within 10 mins and got checked in were waiting on our flight within 20 mins.. great service!
Third time I have been at RDU. Each time has been great. Friendly staff. Helps to check in before you get to the ticket counters. Am sure I will be visiting RDU again in the future.
Nice airport but not happy with Delta!! Bag 7lbs over weight costs a 100 bucks!! Would be nice if they had a sliding scale not a flat rate!! Lady at the baggage check kinda snooty!! I understand they deal with thousands of people but just sayin!!
