Heilenmans Umbrella ..Glasgow....building a 250 metre cycle lane...has taken more than 15 months....still not finished..why...this is public tax payers money you are getting
Absolutely useless, parked next to me leaving a 6 inch gap. Luckily no car on other side so managed to awkwardly climb over the center console and didn't have to wait dog knows how long until they decided to come back.. if they can't park a car I'd definitely not trust them to construct anything of value, it will probably be off by 6ft and need doing again.
