I had the shrimp platter and it was terrible. They put a side of spicy black beans and rice next to my coconut shrimp and the flavors were not complimentary. I believe the menu actually stated another type of rice. There was a dipping sauce that I believe was supposed to go with the coconut shrimp but had a barbecue taste that didn't fit the dish. Great service, great lunch! We all had a great time !!
Worst lunch ever! Very small burgers that were tasteless and hard buns. They no longer have fish in the aquariums because "it costs too much to maintain"...really, that's why we came! ��� Child's ribs were so tough she couldn't eat them. Will never go back again. You get no extra for the high cost of low quality food!
We had horrible service, left after our drinks and apps finally came, we never got to order our main meal
overall our experience was just ok. our server was nice, the ambiance was fun, but the food was just Ok. You are basically paying for the ambiance because for the prices of the food you'd expect tastier food. I've been to the Chicago & Orlando locations and the food was more flavorful..so it may just be the chef here at the tempe location. I don't think I will be returning any time soon.
Service was very poor. Took 2 hours to finally get appetizers. Staff just standing around do I Nguyen nothing. Chicken tenders taste bland and not very good. Very overpriced for very bad service.
Good food, waiter was great. My daughter loved the animals! Bummer there were no fish in the tanks.
Food was great.. They accommodated our large group.. Way to loud-hard to have conversations...service was awesome.
