Worst service! Waited 20 minutes after being seated and never waited on, had to walkout.
We waited fifteen minutes after we were seated for our drinks and an hour for our food. Every table was complaining and as frustrated as we were and the food was not good. We came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday so we were so disappointed. I really hope management does something to improve service!
Went today for Lunch with my wife and kid. Was told there was a 30min wait but when we went in the restaurant to use the bathroom, most of the tables were empty. Cannot understand why we need to wait 30min for an empty restaurant. We will not be going back.
Waited along time to be seated, then awhile to to order. Food came cold and was not very good. The waitress was awesome bringing drink refills and attentive to other needs.
Just have to give a shout out to the staff and chef! My one year old daughter has numerous severe food allergies and eating out is very challenging. When I mentioned this to the server he immediately brought the chef out to speak with us and make sure she could eat safely. Service like that makes a huge difference for allergy families. Thank you!
Was there yesterday with my husband and 2 year old son . We waited 45min for our appetizer and then 15min later got our food. The waitress was horrible she didn't even refill our drinks or bring napkins. I ate the guacamole burger well done, it didn't taste right . Thanks to Rainforest Cafe I was throwing up all last night. Never again will we eat there again.
I love going to rainforest café for special occasions. The kids always enjoy the animals and sounds. The only downfall is he fact they don't have the fish anymore.
I have to say last trip I was very disappointed. Our food was cold, the steak as tuff, and we were placed right in the busiest server table away from the scenes. The sauces and shrimp were not to the standard as other trips. My Grandsons first visit and we just did not have the same experience.
It took us two hours in total and it was ridiculous, the server double charged, food wasn't very good, and screaming children that were running around the restaurant.
