Went to Rainforest Cafe for their Brazilian menu and was very disappointed. The Fejoada was seasoned with jalapeño and the calabresa was spicy italian sausage. When complained to manager she said "it is not intended to be authentic, it is kinda like red lobster advertizing a burrito." The manager took 5 dollars off a 60 dollar meal for two. Very disappointed.
I wish I could give 0 stars as they ruined my birthday dinner with my daughter. Service was slow 30 minutes just for 2 cokes and an hour for food. The wait staff ignored us and never came to check back on our table. When they finally came over with our check she was rude.

Just got home from lunch at rainforest cafe and will never go back it was just awful. From the wait to server and then the food just awful i ask for a manager and waited for 30 for someone to come over to my tablet and by that time i was ready to scream so i just left. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money.
I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food ...and don't even get me started on the prices! Our server had a great personality however she was a bit distracted! Will I go bak again? Not very likely!
Love the pastalaya.... My husby and I don't order anything else.. Delicious if you like spicy food... Gotta try at least once..
