Was super excited to take my daughter...we don't have one in Washington where we live. Hostesses were rude, slow, disorganized. Food was ok. Our waiter was the only good thing. However, still disappointed in this location's management. The others I've been to in California, Texas, Nevada were much better.
It was an amazing experience for it being my first time there!!! Amazing drinks, amazing environment, amazing people, and amazing food!
Is too dark. The animals are too loud. The chemicals they use in the water feature stink up the entire place and the prices for chilis quality food is crazy.
It is a fun place to eat... enjoyed our dessert with grandkids!
Food was okay. Our server was pretty indifferent to us - and it really wasn't busy. The atmosphere is entertaining but it can get a bit loud. My first time there and I'm not sure I'll be in any rush to go back.
The food was okay, the service was good, our waitress was very nice, as was the hostess! It was my daughter's birthday n they did a nice job of rounding up employees to bring out the cake n sing happy birthday! Rainforest atmosphere is fun for the kids, makes for it a little hard to hold conversations though, as it is pretty loud! Could use a little more lighting too! Overall, fun n enjoyable experience! Awesome gift shop too, btw!
