Very nice and helpful staff. Food was a bit over priced but was good
The food and service was good. We enjoyed our stay.
The service is slow, food overpriced, and there's no longer fish in the tanks. They served my 4 year old son Dino nuggets and fruit (like the ones you buy at the 99 cent store). I was a little disgusted when I saw that. Just because the kids meal is free, does not mean you serve them garbage that is literally worse than mcdonalds.
I got the shrimp tacos and I think I only took 2 bites before feeling nauseous. The food was terrible although the waitress and hostess were very polite. I love the store but would never eat there again.
Such a beautiful place, vacationing from Michigan and loved it, your staff was friendly and helpful.
I was so disappointed to see there were no fishes in the tanks!!! Saddest thing ever... My kids love the monkeys and the elephants and the Lightning but the food is not that great. My kids still have a blast every time they come here though
We were at Rainforest yesterday and not only we were super sad that they no longer have anything in the aquariums but the waitress wasn't friendly (wasn't rude either) and had no idea what was on the menu or how to answer questions. The food was maybe a 6 out of 10 taste wise, presentation looked great. We were just overall somewhat disappointed with it compared to our expectations.
